Originally from New Jersey, founder Tom Warnke moved to Colorado in 1998, and has made Boulder his home ever since. In the summer of 2013, after working in the restaurant industry for 20 years, Tom took his love for food, entrepreneurship, and the great outdoors and built it into The Wheel & Whisk. His goal is to give back to the local community, promote a happy and healthy lifestyle, and help the Boulder food truck scene grow and thrive. Executive Chef and partner Jaime Martinez has over 15 years experience in the restaurant business, and has worked in some of the best kitchens in Boulder. He brings a high level of talent and passion to this position, and we are excited to show people the quality of food we can produce out of the truck.
